Description of easing the burden on subjects by rulers
بيان أن الحكام يجب أن ييسروا على الرعية
Mishkat al-Masabih 3724
Abu Burda* told that when the Prophet sent his grandfather Abu Musa and Mu'adh to the Yemen he said, “Make things easy and do not make them difficult; gladden and do not scare; comply with one another and do not disagree.” (Bukhari and Muslim.) * This should be Sa'id b. Abu Burda on his father’s authority. C f. Bukhari, Maghazi, 60.

ابوبردہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، نبی ﷺ نے ان کے دادا ابوموسی ؓ اور معاذ ؓ کو یمن کی طرف بھیجتے ہوئے فرمایا :’’ آسانی پیدا کرنا ، تنگی پیدا نہ کرنا ، خوشخبری سنانا ، نفرت نہ دلانا ، اتفاق رکھنا اور اختلاف پیدا نہ کرنا ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
AbuBurda bayan karte hain, Nabi ne un ke dada AbuMusa aur Muaz ko Yemen ki taraf bhejte hue farmaya: “Aasani paida karna, tangi paida na karna, khushkhabri sunana, nafrat na dilana, ittefaq rakhna aur ikhtilaf paida na karna.” Muttafiq alaih.
وَعَن ابنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ قَالَ: بَعَثَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَدَّهُ أَبَا مُوسَى وَمُعَاذًا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ: «يَسِّرَا وَلَا تُعَسِّرَا وَبَشِّرَا وَلَا تُنَفِّرَا وَتَطَاوَعَا وَلَا تَخْتَلِفَا»
