Mishkat al-Masabih 3774
Ibn ‘Abbas told that the Prophet said to a man whom he had asked to take an oath, “Swear by God than Whom there is no god that you have nothing belonging to him,” i.e. the plaintiff. Abu Dawud transmitted it.
Grade: Sahih
ابن عباس ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ایک آدمی سے قسم لینے کا ارادہ کیا تو فرمایا :’’ اللہ کی قسم اٹھاؤ جس کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں کہ تمہارے پاس اس شخص (یعنی مدعی) کی کوئی چیز نہیں ۔‘‘ حسن ، رواہ ابوداؤد ۔
Ibn Abbas RA se riwayat hai keh Nabi SAW ne ek aadmi se qasam lene ka irada kiya to farmaya Allah ki qasam uthao jis ke siwa koi mabood barhaq nahi keh tumhare pas is shakhs yani muddai ki koi cheez nahi Hasan riwayat Abu Dawood
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ حَلَّفَهُ: «احْلِفْ بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ مَاله عِنْدَكَ شَيْءٌ» يُعْنَى لِلْمُدَّعِي. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
