بيان توزيع غنائم الحرب والخيانة فيها

‘Amr b. ‘Abasa said:God’s Messenger led us in prayer facing a camel which had been taken in booty, and when he had given the salutation he took a hair from the camel’s side and said, "I have no right to as much as this of your booty, but only to the fifth, and the fifth is returned to you." Abu Dawud transmited it.

عمرو بن عبسہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے مالِ غنیمت کے اونٹ کی طرف رخ کر کے ہمیں نماز پڑھائی ، اور جب آپ نے سلام پھیرا تو آپ ﷺ نے اونٹ کے پہلو سے چند بال پکڑے پھر فرمایا :’’ تمہارے اموال غنیمت میں سے خمس کے علاوہ میرے لیے اتنی چیز بھی حلال نہیں ، جبکہ خمس بھی تمہارے مصالح پر خرچ کیا جاتا ہے ۔‘‘ اسنادہ صحیح ، رواہ ابوداؤد ۔
Amr bin Abasa RA bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah SAW ne maal e ghanimat ke unt ki taraf rukh kar ke humain namaz parhayi, aur jab aap ne salam phera to aap SAW ne unt ke pehlu se chand baal pakray phir farmaya: Tumhare amwal ghanimat mein se khums ke ilawa mere liye itni cheez bhi halal nahi, jabke khums bhi tumhare masaleh par kharch kya jata hai. وَعَن عمْرو بن عَبَسةَ قَالَ: صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى بَعِيرٍ مِنَ الْمَغْنَمِ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ أَخَذَ وَبَرَةً مِنْ جَنْبِ الْبَعِيرِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: «وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِي مِنْ غَنَائِمِكُمْ مِثْلُ هَذَا إِلَّا الْخُمُسُ وَالْخُمُسُ مَرْدُودٌ فِيكُمْ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
