بيان الأشياء التي حلّ طعامها والتي حرم

‘Ikrima told on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas, saying he was sure that he traced it back to the Prophet, that he used to order snakes to be killed and say, "He who leaves them alone fearing that one will come to take revenge does not belong to us." It is transmitted inSharh as-sunna.

عکرمہ ، ابن عباس ؓ سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، عکرمہ نے کہا : میں جانتا ہوں کہ انہوں نے اسے مرفوع بیان کیا ہے کہ آپ ﷺ سانپوں کو مارنے کا حکم فرمایا کرتے تھے ، اور آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جس نے سانپ کے انتقام کے خوف سے انہیں چھوڑ دیا تو وہ ہم میں سے نہیں ۔‘‘ سندہ ضعیف ، رواہ فی شرح السنہ ۔
Ukarama, Ibn Abbas se riwayat karte hain, Ukarama ne kaha: main janta hun ke unhon ne ise marfoo bayan kya hai ke aap sanpon ko marne ka hukum farmaya karte the, aur aap ne farmaya: jisne sanp ke inteqam ke khauf se unhen chhor diya to woh hum mein se nahin. Sanad zaeef, riwayat fi Sharh al-Sunnah.
وَعَن عكرمةَ عَن ابنِ عبَّاسٍ قَالَ: لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا رَفَعَ الْحَدِيثَ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَأْمُرُ بِقَتْلِ الْحَيَّاتِ وَقَالَ: «مَنْ تَرَكَهُنَّ خَشْيَةَ ثَائِرٍ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا» . رَوَاهُ فِي شَرْحِ السّنة
