It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Have you heard of a town the one side of which is in the land and the other in the sea? They (the Companions) said: Allah's Messenger, yes. Thereupon he said: The Last Hour would not come unless seventy thousand persons from amongst the children of Isaac would fight for its sake. When they would reach it (and encamp there) they would not fight with weapons, nor would they shoot arrows but would only say: There is no god but Allah and Allah is the Greatest, and one side of it would fall down. Thawr b. Yazid has made this addition in his narration that I do not know, but it was most probably Abu Huraira who said: The side towards the sea. He (the Holy Prophet) further said: They would utter for the second time: There is no god but Allah and Allah is the Greatest that the second (side) would also fall down, and they would utter for the third time: There is no god but Allah and Allah is the Greatest that they would be permitted (to enter the town) and they would enter it, and acquire booty. While they would be dividing the spoils of war amongst themselves when a proclaimer would proclaim: Verily, Dajjal has appeared. They would, therefore, leave everything and turn back. (Sahih Muslim)

ابوہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ کیا تم نے ایک ایسے شہر کے متعلق سنا ہے جس کی ایک جانب خشکی ہے اور ایک طرف سمندر ہے ؟‘‘ انہوں نے عرض کیا ، اللہ کے رسول ! جی ہاں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ قیامت قائم نہیں ہو گی حتیٰ کہ بنو اسحاق کے ستر ہزار افراد وہاں جہاد کریں گے ، جب وہ وہاں پہنچ کر پڑاؤ ڈالیں گے تو وہ نہ تو اسلحہ سے لڑیں گے اور نہ تیر اندازی کریں گے ، ’’ وہ لا الہ الا اللہ و اللہ اکبر ‘‘ پڑھیں گے تو اس کی ایک جانب گر پڑے گی ۔‘‘ ثور بن یزید راوی بیان کرتے ہیں ، میں نہیں جانتا مگر حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓ نے اس جانب کے متعلق فرمایا جو سمندر کی طرف ہے ’’ پھر وہ دوسری مرتبہ :’’ لا الہ الا اللہ و اللہ اکبر ‘‘ پڑھیں گے تو اس کی دوسری جانب بھی گر پڑے گی ، پھر وہ تیسری مرتبہ ’’ لا الہ الا اللہ و اللہ اکبر ‘‘ پڑھیں گے تو وہ (شہر) ان کے لیے کھول دیا جائے گا تو وہ اس میں داخل ہوں گے اور مال غنیمت حاصل کریں گے ، وہ مال غنیمت تقسیم کر رہے ہوں گے کہ ایک زور دار آواز انہیں سنائی دے گی کہ دجال کا ظہور ہو چکا ہے ، چنانچہ وہ ہر چیز چھوڑ کر واپس آ جائیں گے ۔‘‘ رواہ مسلم ۔
Abu Hurairah RA se riwayat hai keh Nabi SAW ne farmaya: ''kia tum ne ek aise shehar ke mutaliq suna hai jis ki aik janabe khushki hai aur aik taraf samandar hai?'' Unhon ne arz kia, Allah ke Rasool! Ji haan, Aap SAW ne farmaya: ''Qayamat qaim nahi hogi hatta keh Bani Israeel ke sattar hazaar afraad wahan jihad karenge, jab woh wahan pahunch kar padav daleinge to woh na to aslaha se ladenge aur na teer andazi karenge, ''woh La ilaha illallah-o-Allahu Akbar'' padhenge to uski aik janabe gir padegi.'' Saur bin Yazid ravi bayan karte hain, main nahi janta magar Hazrat Abu Hurairah RA ne is janabe ke mutaliq farmaya jo samandar ki taraf hai ''phir woh doosri martaba: ''La ilaha illallah-o-Allahu Akbar'' padhenge to uski doosri janabe bhi gir padegi, phir woh teesri martaba ''La ilaha illallah-o-Allahu Akbar'' padhenge to woh (shehar) un ke liye khol diya jayega to woh usme dakhil honge aur maal ghanimat hasil karenge, woh maal ghanimat taqseem kar rahe honge keh ek zor daar aawaz unhen sunaai degi keh Dajjal ka zuhoor ho chuka hai, chunancha woh har cheez chhor kar wapas aa jayenge.'' وَعَنْ\أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «هَلْ سَمِعْتُمْ بِمَدِينَةٍ جَانِبٌ مِنْهَا فِي الْبَرِّ وَجَانِبٌ مِنْهَا فِي الْبَحْرِ؟» قَالُوا: نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ: لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَغْزُوَهَا سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا مِنْ بني إِسحاق فَإِذا جاؤوها نَزَلُوا فَلَمْ يُقَاتِلُوا بِسِلَاحٍ وَلَمْ يَرْمُوا بِسَهْمٍ قَالَ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ فَيَسْقُطُ أحدُ جانبيها. - قالَ ثورُ بنُ يزِيد الرَّاوِي: لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا قَالَ -: الَّذِي فِي الْبَحْر يَقُولُونَ الثَّانِيَةَ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ فَيَسْقُطُ جَانِبُهَا الْآخَرُ ثُمَّ يَقُولُونَ الثَّالِثَةَ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ فَيُفَرَّجُ لَهُم فيدخلونها فيغنمون فَبينا هُمْ يَقْتَسِمُونَ الْمَغَانِمَ إِذْ جَاءَهُمُ الصَّرِيخُ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الدَّجَّالَ قَدْ خَرَجَ فَيَتْرُكُونَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ ويرجعون . رَوَاهُ مُسلم\
