Description of signs before the Day of Judgment and mention of Dajjal
بيان علامات قبل القيامة والمسيح الدجال
Mishkat al-Masabih 5492
Mughirah ibn Shu'bah narrated that no one asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ more about the Dajjal than him because the Prophet ﷺ said to him, "He will not harm you." Mughirah said: "They (meaning the people, Jews, and Christians) say that he will have with him a mountain of bread and a river of water?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "He (the Dajjal) will be more insignificant to Allah than these things." Agreed upon.

مغیرہ بن شعبہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، دجال کے متعلق ، رسول اللہ ﷺ سے ، مجھ سے زیادہ کسی نے دریافت نہیں کیا ، کیونکہ آپ ﷺ نے مجھے فرمایا :’’ وہ تمہیں نقصان نہیں پہنچائے گا ۔‘‘ میں نے عرض کیا : وہ (لوگ یا یہود و نصاریٰ) کہتے ہیں کہ اس کے ساتھ روٹیوں کا پہاڑ اور پانی کی نہر ہو گی ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ وہ (دجال) اللہ کے نزدیک ان اشیاء کی وجہ سے مزید ذلیل ہو گا ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Mughirah bin Shubah bayan karte hain, Dajjal ke mutalliq, Rasul Allah se, mujh se ziada kisi ne daryaft nahin kiya, kyunki aap ne mujhe farmaya: ''Woh tumhen nuqsan nahin pahunchaye ga.'' Maine arz kiya: Woh (log ya yahood o nasara) kehte hain ki uske saath rotiyon ka paharr aur pani ki nahar ho gi? Aap ne farmaya: ''Woh (Dajjal) Allah ke nazdeek in ashiya ki wajah se mazeed zaleel ho ga.'' Muttafiq Alaih.
عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ: مَا سَأَلَ أَحَدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَن الدجالِ أكثرَ مِمَّا سَأَلْتُهُ وَإِنَّهُ قَالَ لِي: «مَا يَضُرُّكَ؟» قُلْتُ: إِنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ: إِنَّ مَعَهُ جَبَلَ خُبْزٍ وَنَهَرَ مَاءٍ. قَالَ: هُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَى اللَّهِ من ذَلِك . مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
