Jarir bin Abdullah reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "You will see your Lord as clearly as you see this moon." In another narration it is said: The narrator said, "We were sitting in the company of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) that he looked at the moon of the fourteenth night and said, "You will definitely see your Lord just as you see this moon, and you will have no difficulty in seeing Him, so if you can afford it that you should not miss the prayer offered before the rising of the sun and the prayer offered before its setting, then you must do so." He then recited this verse: 'And glorify the praises of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting." (Agreed upon)

جریر بن عبداللہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ تم اپنے رب کو صاف ظاہر طور پر دیکھو گے ۔‘‘ ایک دوسری روایت میں ہے : راوی بیان کرتے ہیں ، ہم رسول اللہ ﷺ کی خدمت میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ آپ ﷺ نے چودھویں رات کے چاند کی طرف دیکھا تو فرمایا :’’ عنقریب تم اپنے رب کو اسی طرح دیکھو گے جس طرح تم اس چاند کو دیکھ رہے ہو ، اور اس کو دیکھنے میں تم کوئی تنگی محسوس نہیں کرو گے ، اگر تم اس کی استطاعت رکھو کہ تم طلوع آفتاب اور غروب آفتاب سے پہلے کی نمازوں کی ادائیگی میں مغلوب نہ ہو جاؤ تو پھر ان کی ادائیگی ضرور کرو ۔‘‘ پھر آپ ﷺ نے یہ آیت تلاوت فرمائی :’’ طلوع آفتاب اور اس کے غروب ہونے سے پہلے اپنے رب کی حمد کے ساتھ تسبیح بیان کرو ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Jareer bin Abdullah bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: ''Tum apne Rab ko saaf zahir tor par dekhoge.'' Aik dusri riwayat mein hai: Rawi bayan karte hain, hum Rasool Allah ki khidmat mein baithe hue the ke aap ne chaudhvin raat ke chand ki taraf dekha to farmaya: ''Anqareeb tum apne Rab ko isi tarah dekhoge jis tarah tum is chand ko dekh rahe ho, aur is ko dekhne mein tum koi tangi mehsoos nahin karoge, agar tum is ki istata'at rakho ke tum طلوع آفتاب aur غروب آفتاب se pehle ki namaazon ki अदाigi mein magloob na ho jao to phir in ki अदाigi zaroor karo.'' Phir aap ne yeh ayat tilawat farma'i: '' طلوع آفتاب aur is ke غروب hone se pehle apne Rab ki hamd ke saath tasbeeh bayan karo.'' Mutaffiq alaih.
عَن جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّكُمْ سَتَرَوْنَ رَبَّكُمْ عِيَانًا» . وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: قَالَ: كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَنَظَرَ إِلَى الْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ فَقَالَ: «إِنَّكُمْ سَتَرَوْنَ رَبَّكُمْ كَمَا تَرَوْنَ هَذَا الْقَمَرَ لَا تُضَامُونَ فِي رُؤْيَتِهِ فَإِنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَنْ لَا تُغْلَبُوا عَلَى صَلَاةٍ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا فَافْعَلُوا» ثُمَّ قَرَأَ (وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبهَا)\مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ\
