Description of the virtues of the Ten Blessed Companions (Asharah Mubashsharah)
بيان مناقب العشرة المبشرين بالجنة رضي الله عنهم

Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "May Allah have mercy on Abu Bakr. He gave me his daughter in marriage, he carried me to the land of migration (by mounting me on his camel), he stayed with me in the cave, and he ransomed Bilal with his wealth. And may Allah have mercy on Umar. He speaks the truth even if it is bitter. His truthfulness has left him alone so he has no friend. May Allah have mercy on Uthman. Even the angels are shy of him. May Allah have mercy on Ali. O Allah, let truth be wherever he is." (Tirmidhi) And he (Tirmidhi) said: "This hadith is gharib." (Its chain of narration is weak) (Sunan al-Tirmidhi).

علی ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اللہ ابوبکر پر رحم فرمائے ، انہوں نے اپنی بیٹی سے میری شادی کی ، دار ہجرت کی طرف مجھے اٹھا کر (اپنے اونٹ پر سوار کر کے) لے گئے ، غار میں میرے ساتھ رہے ، اور اپنے مال سے بلال کو آزاد کرایا ۔ اور عمر پر رحم فرمائے ، وہ حق فرماتے ہیں خواہ وہ کڑوا ہو ، حق گوئی نے انہیں تنہا چھوڑ دیا اس لیے ان کا کوئی دوست نہیں ، اللہ عثمان پر رحم فرمائے ، فرشتے بھی ان سے حیا کرتے ہیں ، اللہ علی پر رحم فرمائے ، اے اللہ ! وہ جہاں بھی جائیں حق ان کے ساتھ ہی رہے ۔‘‘ ترمذی ، اور انہوں نے فرمایا : یہ حدیث غریب ہے ۔ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ الترمذی ۔
Ali bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: Allah Abu Bakr par reham farmaye, unhon ne apni beti se meri shaadi ki, daar hijrat ki taraf mujhe utha kar (apne oont par sawar kar ke) le gaye, ghaar mein mere saath rahe, aur apne maal se Bilal ko aazaad karaya. Aur Umar par reham farmaye, woh haq farmate hain chahe woh karwa ho, haq goi ne unhen tanha chhod diya isliye un ka koi dost nahin, Allah Usman par reham farmaye, farishte bhi un se hiya karte hain, Allah Ali par reham farmaye, aye Allah! woh jahan bhi jayen haq un ke saath hi rahe. Tirmidhi, aur unhon ne farmaya: yeh hadees ghareeb hai. Isnaad e zaeef, riwayat al-Tirmidhi.
وَعَنْهُ\قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «رَحِمَ اللَّهُ أَبَا بَكْرٍ زَوَّجَنِي ابْنَتَهُ وَحَمَلَنِي إِلَى دَارِ الْهِجْرَةِ وَصَحِبَنِي فِي الْغَارِ وَأَعْتَقَ بِلَالًا مِنْ مَالِهِ. رَحِمَ اللَّهُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ الْحَقَّ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُرًّا تَرَكَهُ الْحَقُّ وَمَا لَهُ مِنْ صَدِيقٍ. رَحِمَ اللَّهُ عُثْمَانَ تَسْتَحْيِيهِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ رَحِمَ اللَّهُ عَلِيًّا اللَّهُمَّ أَدِرِ الْحَقَّ مَعَهُ حَيْثُ دَارَ» رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ\
