باب الذِّكْرِ الْمُسْتَحَبِّ عَقِبَ الْوُضُوءِ ‏‏

Sahih Muslim 234a

Uqba bin 'Amir reported: We were entrusted with the task of tending the camels. On my turn when I came back in the evening after grazing them in the pastures, I found Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) stand and address the people. I heard these words of his: If any Muslim performs ablution well, then stands and prays two rak'a setting about them with his heart as well as his face, Paradise would be guaranteed to him. I said: What a fine thing is this! And a narrator who was before me said: The first was better than even this. When I cast a glance, I saw that it was 'Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) who said: I see that you have just come and observed: If anyone amongst you performs the ablution, and then completes the ablution well and then says: I testify that there is no god but Allah and that Mohammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is the servant of Allah and His Apostle, the eight gates of Paradise would be opened for him and he may enter by whichever of them he wishes.

Uqba b. 'Amir reported: We were entrusted with the task of tending the camels. On my turn when I came back in the evening after grazing them in the pastures, I found Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) stand and address the people. I heard these words of his: If any Muslim performs ablution well, then stands and prays two rak'ahs setting about them with his heart as well as his face, Paradise would be guaranteed to him. I said: What a fine thing is this! And a narrator who was before me said: The first was better than even this. When I cast a glance, I saw that it was 'Umar who said: I see that you have just come and observed: If anyone amongst you performs the ablution, and then completes the ablution well and then says: I testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the servant of Allah and His Messenger, the eight gates of Paradise would be opened for him and he may enter by whichever of them he wishes.

Uqba bin Aamir (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai: Hamein oonton ki nigehbani ka kaam saunpa gaya tha. Meri baari par jab main unhein charagahon mein charane ke baad shaam ko wapas aaya, to main ne Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko khara dekha jo logon se khitab farma rahe the. Main ne Aap ke ye alfaz sune: Agar koi Musalman achhi tarah wazu kare, phir khara ho aur do rak'aten apne dil aur chehre ki tawajjo ke sath parhe, to Jannat us ke liye wajib ho jayegi. Main ne kaha: Ye kitni achhi baat hai! Aur ek rawi jo mujh se pehle tha ne kaha: Pehli baat to is se bhi behtar thi. Jab main ne nigah dali, to dekha ke wo Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) the unhon ne kaha: Main ne dekha ke tum abhi aaye ho aur kaha: Agar tum mein se koi wazu kare, aur wazu ko achhi tarah mukammal kare aur phir kahe: Main gawahi deta hoon ke Allah ke siwa koi mabood nahin aur Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Allah ke bande aur Us ke Rasool hain, to Jannat ke aath darwaze us ke liye khol diye jayenge aur wo jis se chahe dakhil ho jaye.

Sahih Muslim 234b

Uqba bin 'Amir al-Juhani (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported: Verily the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said and then narrated (the Hadith) like one (mentioned above) except (this) that he said: He who performed ablution and said: I testify that there is no god but Allah, the One, there is no associate with Him and I testify that Muhammad ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is His servant and His Apostle. CHAPTER (7) ِباب فِي وُ ضُوء النَّبِي ِ صلى هللا عليه وسلم Another description of wudu’

Yehi riwayat Imam Sahab (Rehmatullah Alaih) mazkoora bala riwayat ek aur sanad se bayan karte hain. Han is mein ye alfaz hain: "Jis ne wazu karne ke baad kaha: 'ASH-HADU AN LA ILAHA ILLALLAHU WA ANNA MUHAMMADAN ABDULLAHI WA RASOOLUHU'. (Yani: duaiya kalmat mein kuch izafa hai)
