Abu Qatada (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported it from his father that the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said: None of you should hold penis with his right hand while urinating, or wipe himself with his right hand in privy and should not breathe into the vessel (from which he drinks).
عبداللہ بن ابی قتادہ اپنے باپؓ سے روایت بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سے کوئی پیشاب کرتے وقت اپنا ذکر (عضو تناسل) داہنے ہاتھ سے نہ پکڑے، اور نہ داہنے ہاتھ سے استنجا کرے، اور نہ برتن میں (پانی پیتے وقت) سانس لے۔“
Abdullah bin Abi Qatada (Rehmatullah Alaih) apne baap se riwayat bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Tum mein se koi peshab karte waqt apna zakar (uzv-e-tanasul) dahne hath se na pakre, aur na dahne hath se istinja kare, aur na bartan mein (pani peete waqt) saans le."
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يُمْسِكَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ ذَكَرَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ وَهُوَ يَبُولُ وَلاَ يَتَمَسَّحْ مِنَ الْخَلاَءِ بِيَمِينِهِ وَلاَ يَتَنَفَّسْ فِي الإِنَاءِ " .
