باب نَسْخِ " الْوُضُوءِ مِمَّا مَسَّتِ النَّارُ "
Sahih Muslim 354a
Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported: The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) took (meat of) goat's shoulder and offered prayer and did not perform ablution.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالی عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بکری کے شانے کا گوشت کھایا، پھر نماز پڑھی اور وضو نہیں کیا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Ta'ala Anhuma) se riwayat hai ke Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne bakri ke shanay ka gosht khaya, phir namaz parhi aur wuzu nahi kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَكَلَ كَتِفَ شَاةٍ ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ .
Sahih Muslim 354b
Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported: The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) took meat from the bone and then offered prayer and did not perform ablution, and (in fact) he did not touch water.
حضرت ابن عباس (رضي الله تعالى عنه) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) نے ہڈی سے گوشت کھایا، پھر نماز ادا فرمائی اور وضو نہیں کیا، بلکہ آپ نے پانی کو ہاتھ تک نہ لگایا۔
Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas (radiyallahu ta'ala anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasul Allah (sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam) ne haddi se gosht khaya, phir namaz ada farmai aur wuzu nahi kiya, balki aap ne paani ko haath tak na lagaya.
Ja'far bin Amr bin Umayya al-Damari reported on the authority of his father who said: I saw the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) take slices from cooked goat's shoulder, and then eat them, and then offer prayer without having performed ablution.
جعفر بن عمرو بن امیہ ضمری اپنے باپ سے روایت بیان کرتے ہیں کہ اس نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دستی کا گوشت چھری سے کاٹ کر کھاتے ہوئے دیکھا، پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نماز پڑھی اور وضو نہیں کیا۔
Jafar bin Amr bin Umayya Zamri apne baap se riwayat bayan karte hain ke us ne Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko dasti ka gosht churi se kaat kar khate hue dekha, phir Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne namaz parhi aur wuzu nahi kiya.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَحْتَزُّ مِنْ كَتِفٍ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ .
Sahih Muslim 355b
Ja'far bin 'Amr bin Umayya al-Damari reported on the authority of his father who said: I saw the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) take slices from cooked goat's shoulder and then eat them. He was called for prayer and he got up, leaving aside the knife, and offered prayer but did not perform ablution.
جعفر بن عمرو بن امیہ ضمری اپنے باپ سے روایت بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو چھری سے بکری کی دستی کاٹتے دیکھا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے کھایا، پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو نماز کے لیے بلایا گیا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اٹھے، چھری پھینک دی، نماز پڑھی اور وضو نہیں کیا۔
Jafar bin Amr bin Umayya Zamri apne baap se riwayat bayan karte hain ke main ne Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko churi se bakri ki dasti kaat'te dekha, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne us se khaya, phir Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko namaz ke liye bulaya gaya, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) uthe, churi phenk di, namaz parhi aur wuzu nahi kiya.
حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَحْتَزُّ مِنْ كَتِفِ شَاةٍ فَأَكَلَ مِنْهَا فَدُعِيَ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ فَقَامَ وَطَرَحَ السِّكِّينَ وَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ . قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ وَحَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِذَلِكَ .
Sahih Muslim 356a
Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported it on the authority of Ummul Momineen Maimuana (رضي الله تعالى عنها) that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) took (a piece of goat's) shoulder at her place, and then offered prayer but did not perform ablution.
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زوجہ میمونہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے ہاں دستی کا گوشت کھایا، پھر نماز پڑھی اور وضو نہیں کیا۔
Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki zauja Maimoona (Radiallahu Ta'ala Anha) bayan karti hain ke Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne un ke haan dasti ka gosht khaya, phir namaz parhi aur wuzu nahi kiya.
قَالَ عَمْرٌو وَحَدَّثَنِي بُكَيْرُ بْنُ الأَشَجِّ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَكَلَ عِنْدَهَا كَتِفًا ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ .
Sahih Muslim 356b
This Hadith has been narrated by Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله تعالی عنہ) on the authority of Ummul Momineen Maimuna (رضي الله تعالى عنها) by another chain of transmitters.
عمرو نے کہا، مجھے جعفر بن ربیعہ نے یعقوب بن اشج سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالی عنہما کے مولی کریب سے، نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زوجہ میمونہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہا سے مذکورہ بالا روایت سنائی۔
Amr ne kaha, mujhe Jafar bin Rabia ne Yaqub bin Ashaj se Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Ta'ala Anhuma) ke maula Kuraib se, Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki zauja Maimoona (Radiallahu Ta'ala Anha) se mazkoora bala riwayat sunayi.
قَالَ عَمْرٌو حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ الأَشَجِّ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِذَلِكَ .
Sahih Muslim 357
Abu Rafi' (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported: I testify that I used to roast the liver of the goat for the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and then he offered prayer but did not perform ablution.
حضرت ابو رافع رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں اس بات کی گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے بکری کی کلیجی وغیرہ بھونتا تھا (آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اسے کھاتے) پھر نماز پڑھتے اور وضو نہ کرتے تھے۔
Hazrat Abu Rafi (Radiallahu Ta'ala Anhu) bayan karte hain ke main is baat ki gawahi deta hoon ke main Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke liye bakri ki kaleji waghaira bhonta tha (Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam usay khate) phir namaz parhte aur wuzu na karte thay.
قَالَ عَمْرٌو حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِلاَلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي غَطَفَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، قَالَ أَشْهَدُ لَكُنْتُ أَشْوِي لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَطْنَ الشَّاةِ ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ .
Sahih Muslim 358a
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported: The Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) took milk and then called for water and rinsed (his mouth) and said: It contains greasiness.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالی عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دودھ نوش فرمایا، پھر پانی طلب کیا اور کلی کی اور فرمایا: ”اس میں چکناہٹ ہے۔“
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Ta'ala Anhuma) se riwayat hai ke Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne doodh nosh farmaya, phir paani talab kiya aur kulli ki aur farmaya: "Is mein chaknahat hai."
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم شَرِبَ لَبَنًا ثُمَّ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَتَمَضْمَضَ وَقَالَ " إِنَّ لَهُ دَسَمًا " .

امام صاحب مذکورہ بالا روایت مختلف اساتذہ سے بیان کرتے ہیں۔
Imam Sahab mazkoora bala riwayat mukhtalif asatiza se bayan karte hain.
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported: The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) dressed himself, and then went out for prayer, when he was presented with bread and meat. He took three morsels out of that, and then offered prayer along with other people and did not touch water.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالی عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے کپڑے پہنے، پھر نماز کے لیے نکلے تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو روٹی اور گوشت کا تحفہ پیش کیا گیا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تین لقمے تناول فرمائے، پھر لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائی اور پانی کو ہاتھ نہیں لگایا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Ta'ala Anhuma) se riwayat hai ke Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne apne kapre pehne, phir namaz ke liye nikle toh Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko roti aur gosht ka tuhfa pesh kiya gaya, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne teen luqme tanawul farmaye, phir logon ko namaz parhayi aur paani ko hath nahi lagaya.
This Hadith is narrated by Muhammad bin 'Amr bin Ata' with these words: I was with Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه), and Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) saw the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) doing like this, and it is also said that the words are: He (the Prophet ﷺ) offered prayer; and the word "people" is not mentioned.
محمد بن عمرو بن عطاء بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالی عنہما کے ساتھ تھا پھر اوپر والی حدیث بیان کی اور اس میں ہے کہ ابن عباس نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ کام کرتے دیکھا اور کہا آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نماز پڑھی یہ نہیں کہا لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائی۔
Muhammad bin Amr bin Ata bayan karte hain ke main Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Ta'ala Anhuma) ke sath tha phir upar wali hadees bayan ki aur is mein hai ke Ibn Abbas ne Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko yeh kaam karte dekha aur kaha Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne namaz parhi yeh nahi kaha logon ko namaz parhayi.
