It has been narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin 'Amr (رضئ للا تعالی عنہ) that the Apostle of Allah (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) said, a troop of soldiers who fight in the way of Allah and get their share of the booty, receive in advance two-thirds of their reward in the Hereafter and only one-third will remain (to their credit). If they do not receive any booty, they will get their full reward.
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ تعالی عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو جماعت اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کرتی ہے اور انہیں غنیمت حاصل ہو جاتی ہے، تو انہیں آخرت کے اجر سے دو تہائی اجر مل جاتا ہے اور ان کا ایک تہائی حصہ رہ جاتا ہے اور اگر انہیں غنیمت نہیں ملتی تو ان کا پورا اجر باقی رہتا ہے۔“
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr (Raziallahu Anhuma) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Jo jama'at Allah ki raah mein Jihad karti hai aur unhein ghanimat hasil ho jati hai, to unhein akhirat ke ajr se do tihai ajr mil jata hai aur un ka ek tihai hissa rah jata hai aur agar unhein ghanimat nahin milti to un ka poora ajr baqi rahta hai."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ، شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هَانِئٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَا مِنْ غَازِيَةٍ تَغْزُو فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَيُصِيبُونَ الْغَنِيمَةَ إِلاَّ تَعَجَّلُوا ثُلُثَىْ أَجْرِهِمْ مِنَ الآخِرَةِ وَيَبْقَى لَهُمُ الثُّلُثُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُصِيبُوا غَنِيمَةً تَمَّ لَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ " .
