باب قُرْبِ السَّاعَةِ
Sahih Muslim 2949
Abdullah reported Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) as saying, the Last Hour would affect (most terribly) the wicked persons.
حضرت عبداللہ(بن مسعود) رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں،آپ نے فرمایا:"قیامت صرف شریر لوگوں پر قائم ہوگی،"(کیونکہ اہل ایمان فوت ہوجائیں گے)۔
Hazrat Abdullah (Radiallahu Anhu) (bin Mas'ood) Nabi Akram (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se riwayat karte hain, aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya:"Qayamat sirf shareer logon par qayam hogi," (kyunki ahle Iman faut ho jayenge).
This Hadith has been reported by Sahl bin Sa'd that he heard Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) as saying, I and the Last Hour are (close to each other) like this (and he, in order to explain it) pointed (by joining his) forefinger, (one) next to the thumb and the middle finger (together).
حضرت سہل رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں،میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا،آپ انگوٹھے سے متصل اور درمیانی انگلی سے اشارہ کرکے فرمارہے تھے،"مجھے اورقیامت کو اس طرح بھیجا گیا ہے۔"
Hazrat Sahal (Radiallahu Anhu) bayan karte hain, main ne Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se suna, aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) angoothe se muttasil aur darmiyani ungli se ishara kar ke farma rahe the, "Mujhe aur qayamat ko is tarah bheja gaya hai.".
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَعَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي، حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَهْلاً، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُشِيرُ بِإِصْبَعِهِ الَّتِي تَلِي الإِبْهَامَ وَالْوُسْطَى وَهُوَ يَقُولُ " بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ هَكَذَا " .
Sahih Muslim 2951a
Anas bin Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, I and the Last Hour have been sent like this. Shu'ba said, I heard Qatada as saying in his narration, the excellence of one over the other. And I do not know whether he narrated it from Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) or Qatada himself said so.
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں،رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:"میں اور قیامت ان انگلیوں کی طرح متصل بھیجے گئے ہیں،"شبعہ کہتے ہیں،قتادہ اپنے بیان میں کہتے تھے،جس طرح ایک دوسری سے (معمولی) زائد ہے،تو مجھے معلوم نہیں،قتادہ یہ تفسیر حضرت انس سے نقل کرتے تھے یا اپنی طرف سے بیان کرتے تھے،یعنی ہمارے درمیان کی مدت،انسانوں کی پوری مدت کے مقابلہ میں بہت ہی کم ہے۔
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (Radiallahu Anhu) bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya:"Main aur qayamat in ungliyon ki tarah muttasil bheje gaye hain," Shu'bah kehte hain, Qatadah apne bayan mein kehte the, jis tarah ek dusri se (mamooli) za'id hai, to mujhe maloom nahi, Qatadah yeh tafseer Hazrat Anas (Radiallahu Anhu) se naql karte the ya apni taraf se bayan karte the, yani hamare darmiyan ki muddat, insanon ki poori muddat ke muqabale mein bohat hi kam hai.
Shu'ba reported, I heard Qatada and Abu Tayyab narrating that both heard Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) as narrating that Allah's Apostle (ِصلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, I and the Last Hour have been sent like this, and Shu'ba drew his forefinger and middle finger near each other while narrating it.
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:"میں اور قیامت کو اس طرح متصل بھیجاگیا ہے،"شعبہ نے نقل کرتے ہوئے،اپنی دونوں انگلیوں،شہادت کی اور درمیانی کوملایا۔
Hazrat Anas (Radiallahu Anhu) bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya:"Main aur qayamat ko is tarah muttasil bheja gaya hai," Shu'bah ne naql karte hue, apni donon ungliyon, shahadat ki aur darmiyani ko milaya.
This Hadith has been narrated on the authority of Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) through another chain of transmitters.
امام صاحب دو اور اساتذہ کی سندوں سے،ابوتیاح سے یہ حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں۔
Imam Sahib do aur asateza ki sanadon se, Abu Tiyyah se yeh hadith bayan karte hain.
وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ، بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَذَا .
Sahih Muslim 2951d
Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) as saying like this, but he narrated it through another chain of transmitters.
یہی روایت امام صاحب ایک اور استاد سے حمزہ ضبی اورابوتیاح سے بیان کرتے ہیں۔
Yahi riwayat Imam Sahib ek aur ustaad se Hamza Dhabb'i aur Abu Tiyyah se bayan karte hain.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ، - يَعْنِي الضَّبِّيَّ - وَأَبِي التَّيَّاحِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِهِمْ .
Sahih Muslim 2951e
Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported Allah's Apostle (صلى هللا عليه و ِآله وسلم) as saying, I and the Last Hour have been sent like this and (he while doing it) joined the forefinger with the middle finger.
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتےہیں،رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:"میں اور قیامت ان دوانگلیوں کی طرح متصل بھیجے گئے ہیں،"اور آپ نے شہادت کی انگلی کو درمیان والی انگلی سے ملایا۔
Hazrat Anas (Radiallahu Anhu) bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya:"Main aur qayamat in do ungliyon ki tarah muttasil bheje gaye hain," aur aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne shahadat ki ungli ko darmiyan wali ungli se milaya.
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ الْمِسْمَعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَعْبَدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ كَهَاتَيْنِ " . قَالَ وَضَمَّ السَّبَّابَةَ وَالْوُسْطَى .
Sahih Muslim 2952
Ummul Momineen A'isha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) reported that when the desert Arabs came to Allah's Apostle (صلى هللا عليه و ِآله وسلم) they asked about the Last Hour as to when that would come. And he looked towards the youngest amongst them and said, ihe lives he would not grow very old that he would find your Last Hour coming to you (he would see you dying).
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں بدو جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آتے،تو آپ سے قیامت کے بارے میں پوچھتے،قیامت کب ہوگی؟تو آپ ان میں سے سب سے نوخیز(عمر) انسان کو دیکھ کر فرماتے،"اگر یہ زندہ رہا،تو اس کوبوڑھا ہونے سےپہلے،تمہاری قیامت یعنی موت واقع ہوجائے گی۔"
Hazrat Ayesha (Radiallahu Anha) bayan karti hain Badu jab Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas aate, to aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se qayamat ke bare mein pochte, qayamat kab hogi? To aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) un mein se sab se nau khaiz (umar) insan ko dekh kar farmate, "Agar yeh zinda raha, to is ko boodha hone se pehle, tumhari qayamat yani maut waqe ho jayegi.".
Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that a person asked Allah's Apostle (صلى ِهللا عليه ِو آله وسلم) as to when the Last Hour would come. He had in his presence a young boy of the Ansar who was called Muhammad. Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, if this young boy lives, he may not grow very old till (he would see) the Last Hour coming to you.
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا،قیامت کب قائم ہوگی؟آپ کے پاس محمد نامی ایک انصاری لڑکاتھا،چنانچہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:"اگر یہ نوعمر زندہ رہا،تو ممکن ہے،یا بوڑھا نہ ہوسکے،حتی کہ(اس نسل کی) قیامت قائم ہوجائے گی۔
Hazrat Anas (Radiallahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke ek aadmi ne Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se poocha, qayamat kab qayam hogi? Aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas Muhammad (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) nami ek Ansari ladka tha, chunache Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya:"Agar yeh nau'umar zinda raha, to mumkin hai, ya boodha na ho sake, hatta ke (is nasl ki) qayamat qayam ho jayegi.".
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَتَى تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ وَعِنْدَهُ غُلاَمٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ يُقَالُ لَهُ مُحَمَّدٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنْ يَعِشْ هَذَا الْغُلاَمُ فَعَسَى أَنْ لاَ يُدْرِكَهُ الْهَرَمُ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ " .
Sahih Muslim 2953b
Anas bin Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that a person asked Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), when would the Last Hour come? Thereupon Allah's Apostle (صلى هللا عليه ِو آله وسلم) kept quiet for a while. Then looked at a young boy in his presence belonging to the tribe of Azd Shanu'a and he said, if this boy lives, he would not grow very old till the Last Hour would come to you. Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said that this young boy was of our age during those days.
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سوال کیا:قیامت کب قائم ہوگی؟رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تھوڑی دیر خاموش رہے،پھر آپ نے اپنے سامنے بیٹھے اذدشنو،کے ایک لڑکے کی طرف نظر کی،پھر فرمایا؛"اگر یہ لڑکا لمبی عمر پاگیا تو اسے بڑھایا نہیں آیا ہوگا کہ(تمہاری) قیامت قائم ہوجائےگی۔"(معبد نے) کہا:حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے کہا:وہ لڑکا اس دن میرا ہم عمر (17 سال کا) تھا۔
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (Radiallahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke ek shakhs ne Nabi Kareem (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se sawal kiya: Qayamat kab qayam hogi? Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) thodi der khamosh rahe, phir aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne apne samne baithe Azd Shano ke ek ladke ki taraf nazar ki, phir farmaya; "Agar yeh ladka lambi umar pa gaya to use budhapa nahi aaya hoga ke (tumhari) qayamat qayam ho jayegi." (Ma'bad ne) kaha: Hazrat Anas (Radiallahu Anhu) ne kaha: Woh ladka us din mera hum umar (17 saal ka) tha.
وَحَدَّثَنِي حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ - حَدَّثَنَا مَعْبَدُ بْنُ هِلاَلٍ الْعَنَزِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ مَتَى تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ قَالَ فَسَكَتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم هُنَيْهَةً ثُمَّ نَظَرَ إِلَى غُلاَمٍ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنْ أَزْدِ شَنُوءَةَ فَقَالَ " إِنْ عُمِّرَ هَذَا لَمْ يُدْرِكْهُ الْهَرَمُ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ " . قَالَ قَالَ أَنَسٌ ذَاكَ الْغُلاَمُ مِنْ أَتْرَابِي يَوْمَئِذٍ .
Sahih Muslim 2953c
Anas (رضئ ِهللا تعالی عنہ) reported, a young boy of Mughira bin Shu'ba (رضي الله تعالى عنه) happened to pass by the Prophet (صلى هللا عليه ِو آله وسلم) and he was of my age. Thereupon Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, if he lives long he would not grow very old till the Last Hour would come (to the old people of this generation).
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں،مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کا ایک غلام جو میرا ہم عمر تھا،گزرا،تونبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:"اگر اس کی موت مؤخر ہوئی،تو اسے بڑھاپانہیں پاسکے گا،حتی کہ قیامت قائم ہوجائےگی۔
Hazrat Anas (Radiallahu Anhu) bayan karte hain, Mughira bin Shu'ba (Radiallahu Anhu) ka ek ghulam jo mera hum umar tha, guzra, to Nabi Akram (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya:"Agar is ki maut mu'akhkhar hui, to use budhapa nahi pa sakega, hatta ke qayamat qayam ho jayegi.".
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) as saying, the Last Hour would come (so sudden) that a person would be milking the she-camel and the (milk) would not reach the brim of the vessel that the Last Hour would come, and the two persons would be engaged in buying and selling of the clothes and their bargain would not be struck before the Last Hour would come. And someone would be setting his tank in order, and he would have hardly set it right when the Last Hour would come.
حضرت ابو ہریرۃ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کرتے ہیں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:"قیامت آئے گی تو ایک آدمی اونٹنی کا دودھ نکال رہا ہوگا وہ برتن اس کے منہ تک نہ پہنچا ہوگا کہ قیامت قائم ہوجائےگی اور دو آدمی کپڑے کا سودا کررہے ہوں گے انھوں نے خریدوفروخت(مکمل) نہیں کی ہوگی کہ قیامت قائم ہوجائے گی،ایک شخص اپنے حوض میں لپائی کررہا ہوگا وہ باہر نہیں نکل پایا ہوگا کہ قیامت قائم ہوجائے گی۔"
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radiallahu Anhu) Nabi Akram (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se bayan karte hain, aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya:"Qayamat aayegi to ek aadmi oontni ka doodh nikal raha hoga woh bartan us ke munh tak na pahuncha hoga ke qayamat qayam ho jayegi aur do aadmi kapde ka sauda kar rahe honge unhon ne khareed o farokht (mukammal) nahi ki hogi ke qayamat qayam ho jayegi, ek shakhs apne hauz mein lipayi kar raha hoga woh bahar nahi nikal paya hoga ke qayamat qayam ho jayegi.".
