Chapter: Acceptance of charity that comes from good (Tayyib) earnings, and the growth thereof

باب قَبُولِ الصَّدَقَةِ مِنَ الْكَسْبِ الطَّيِّبِ وَتَرْبِيَتِهَا
Sahih Muslim 1014c
This Hadith has been narrated through another chain of transmitters with a change of words. In the Hadith transmitted of Rauh (the words are), ‘ out of the honest earning and its spending at what is its (due) right’ and in the Hadith transmitted by Sulaiman, (the words are), ‘and its spending at its proper place.’
امام صاحب اپنے دو اساتذہ سے یہی روایت سہیل کی سند سے بیان کرتے ہیں روح کی حدیث میں ہے۔ پاکیزہ کمائی سے اور اسے اللہ صحیح موقع و محل پر رکھتا ہے اور سلیمان کی حدیث میں فِي حَقِّهَا کی جگہ فَيَضَعُهَا فِي حَقِّهَا اسے اس کے محل پر رکھتا ہے (مقصد دونوں الفاظ کا ایک ہی ہے)
Imam sahab apne do asatiza se yahi riwayat Suhail ki sanad se bayan karte hain Rauh ki hadees mein hai: pakeeza kamayi se aur isay Allah sahi mauqa-o-mahal par rakhta hai aur Sulaiman ki hadees mein "fi haqqiha" ki jagah "fayadhauha fi haqqiha" isay is ke mahal par rakhta hai (maqsad donon alfaaz ka ek hi hai).
وَحَدَّثَنِي أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ بِسْطَامَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ زُرَيْعٍ - حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الأَوْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِلاَلٍ - كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . فِي حَدِيثِ رَوْحٍ " مِنَ الْكَسْبِ الطَّيِّبِ فَيَضَعُهَا فِي حَقِّهَا " . وَفِي حَدِيثِ سُلَيْمَانَ " فَيَضَعُهَا فِي مَوْضِعِهَا " .
