Chapter: Zakat is forbidden for the messenger of Allah pbuh and his family, and they are Banu Hashim and Banu Al-Muttalib, and no one else

باب تَحْرِيمِ الزَّكَاةِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَهُمْ بَنُو هَاشِمٍ وَبَنُو الْمُطَّلِبِ دُونَ غَيْرِهِمْ
Sahih Muslim 1069c
This Hadith has also been narrated on the authority of Shu'ba (رضي الله تعالى عنه) with the same chain of transmitters.
مصنف اپنے دو اور اساتذہ سے شعبہ سے بیان کرتے ہیں جیسا کہ ابن معاذ نے بیان کیا ہے کہ ”بلا شبہ ہم صدقہ نہیں کھاتے۔“
Musannif apne do aur asatiza se Shoaba se bayan karte hain jaisa ke Ibn Muaz ne bayan kiya hai ke "bila shubha hum sadqa nahi khatay."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ، أَبِي عَدِيٍّ كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، فِي هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ كَمَا قَالَ ابْنُ مُعَاذٍ " أَنَّا لاَ، نَأْكُلُ الصَّدَقَةَ " .
