باب بَيَانِ غِلَظِ تَحْرِيمِ إِسْبَالِ الإِزَارِ وَالْمَنِّ بِالْعَطِيَّةِ وَتَنْفِيقِ السِّلْعَةِ بِالْحَلِفِ وَبَيَانِ الثَّلاَثَةِ الَّذِينَ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَ
Sahih Muslim 108b
The above Hadith has been transmitted by another chain of transmitters with the exception of these words : He offered for sale a commodity to another person.
امام صاحبؒ جریرؒ سے اس حدیث میں یہ الفاظ نقل کرتے ہیں: ”کہ ایک آدمی جو دوسرے آدمی سے سامان کا بھاؤ کرتا ہے۔“ ساوم، سوم سے ہے: بھاؤ لگانا، قیمت طے کرنا۔
Imam Sahib (Rahmatullahi Alaih) Jarir (Rahmatullahi Alaih) se is hadith mein yeh alfaz naql karte hain: "ke ek aadmi jo doosre aadmi se saman ka bhao karta hai." Sa'wama, Saum se hai: bhao lagana, qimat tay karna.
وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الأَشْعَثِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْثَرٌ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ " وَرَجُلٌ سَاوَمَ رَجُلاً بِسِلْعَةٍ " .
