باب بَيَانِ غِلَظِ تَحْرِيمِ إِسْبَالِ الإِزَارِ وَالْمَنِّ بِالْعَطِيَّةِ وَتَنْفِيقِ السِّلْعَةِ بِالْحَلِفِ وَبَيَانِ الثَّلاَثَةِ الَّذِينَ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَ

Sahih Muslim 108c
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that he (the Messenger of Allah) observed:Three are the persons with whom Allah would neither speak (on the Day of Resurrection) nor would He look at them, and there would be a painful chastisement for them, a person who took an oath on the goods of a Muslim in the afternoon and then broke it. The rest of the hadith is the same as narrated by A'mash.
حضرت ابو ہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ آپؐ نے فرمایا: ”تین شخص ہیں، اللہ ان سے بات نہیں کرے گا، نہ ان کی طرف دیکھے گا اور ان کے لیے درد ناک عذاب ہے، ایک آدمی جس نے مسلمان کا مال دبانے کے لیے عصر کے بعد قسم اٹھائی (اور اس کا مال دبا لیا) حدیث کا باقی حصہ اعمش کی حدیث جیسا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (Radhi Allahu Anhu) bayan karte hain ke Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Teen shakhs hain, Allah un se baat nahi kare ga, na un ki taraf dekhe ga aur un ke liye dard-naak azab hai, ek aadmi jis ne Musalman ka maal dabane ke liye asar ke baad qasam uthayi (aur is ka maal daba liya) hadith ka baqi hissa Amash (Rahmatullahi Alaih) ki hadith jaisa hai.
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، - قَالَ أُرَاهُ مَرْفُوعًا - قَالَ " ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ رَجُلٌ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ بَعْدَ صَلاَةِ الْعَصْرِ عَلَى مَالِ مُسْلِمٍ فَاقْتَطَعَهُ " . وَبَاقِي حَدِيثِهِ نَحْوُ حَدِيثِ الأَعْمَشِ .
