باب جواز الصوم والفطر في شهر رمضان للمسافر في غير معصية إذا كان سفره مرحلتين فأكثر وأن الأفضل لمن أطاقه بلا ضرر أن يصوم ولمن يشق عليه أن يفطر
Sahih Muslim 1113b
This Hadith is narrated on the authority of Zuhri with the same chain of transmitters. Yahya (one of the narrators) said that Sufyan (the narrator) had stated, I do not know whose statement it is, ’it is the last word of the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) which is accepted as (final as it abrogates the previous ones).’
امام صاحب اپنے کئی اساتذہ سے زہری ہی کی سند سے یہ روایت بیان کرتے ہیں، یحییٰ کہتے ہیں سفیان نے کہا: مجھے معلوم نہیں ہے یہ کس کا قول ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے آخری عمل کو اختیار کیا جاتا تھا۔
Imam Sahab apney kayi asatiza se Zuhri hi ki sanad se yeh riwayat bayan karte hain, Yahya kehte hain Sufyan ne kaha: Mujhe maloom nahi hai yeh kis ka qaul hai ke Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke aakhri amal ko ikhtiyar kiya jata tha.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . مِثْلَهُ . قَالَ يَحْيَى قَالَ سُفْيَانُ لاَ أَدْرِي مِنْ قَوْلِ مَنْ هُوَ يَعْنِي وَكَانَ يُؤْخَذُ بِالآخِرِ مِنْ قَوْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
