Sahih Muslim 1189f
Uthman bin 'Urwa reported on the authority of his father that he said, he asked Ummul Momineen A'isha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) with what thing she perfumed the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) at the time of entering upon the state of Ihram. She said, with the best of perfume.
عثمان بن عروہ اپنے باپ سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہا سے پوچھا، آپ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے احرام باندھتے وقت کون سی خوشبو لگائی تھی؟ انہوں نے جواب دیا، سب سے بہتر خوشبو۔
Usman bin Urwah apne baap se bayan karte hain ke maine Hazrat Ayesha (Radiallahu Anha) se poocha, "Aap ne Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke ehram bandhte waqt kaun si khushboo lagai thi?" Unhone jawab diya, "Sabse behtar khushboo."
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، - قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، - حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ - رضى الله عنها - بِأَىِّ شَىْءٍ طَيَّبْتِ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عِنْدَ حِرْمِهِ قَالَتْ بِأَطْيَبِ الطِّيبِ.
