Chapter: The farewell Tawaf is obligatory, but it is waived in the case of menstruating women

باب وُجُوبِ طَوَافِ الْوَدَاعِ وَسُقُوطِهِ عَنِ الْحَائِضِ

This Hadith is narrated from Ummul Momineen A'isha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) is transmitted by Ibn Shihab with the same chain of transmitters (and the words are) Ummul Momineen Safiyyah bint Huyayy (رضي الله تعالى عنها) entered the period of menses at the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage after she had performed Tawaf Ifada in the state of cleanliness; the rest of the Hadith is the same.
امام صاحب اور اساتذہ سے یہی روایت بیان کرتے ہیں کہ حجۃ الوداع میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بیوی صفیہ بنت حیی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کو طہارت کی حالت میں طواف افاضہ کرنے کے بعد حیض شروع ہو گیا، آ گے مذکورہ بالا روایت ہے۔
Imam Sahib aur asatiza se yehi riwayat bayan karte hain ki Hajjatul Wada' mein Nabi Akram (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki biwi Safiya bint Huyay (Radiallahu Anha) ko taharat ki halat mein tawaf Ifadha karne ke baad Haiz shuru ho gaya, aage mazkoora bala riwayat hai.
حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالَ أَحْمَدُ حَدَّثَنَا وَقَالَ، الآخَرَانِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَتْ طَمِثَتْ صَفِيَّةُ بِنْتُ حُيَىٍّ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ بَعْدَ مَا أَفَاضَتْ طَاهِرًا بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ اللَّيْثِ .
