Sahih Muslim 1306b
Abdullah bin Amr bin al-'As (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Allah's Apostle ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) stopped while riding his camel and the people began to ask him. One of the inquirers said, Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), I did not know that pebbles should be thrown before sacrificing the animal and by mistake I sacrificed the animal before throwing pebbles. Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, (now) throw pebbles and there is no harm in it. Then another (person) came saying, I did not know that the animal was to be sacrificed before shaving, but I got myself shaved before sacrificing the animal, whereupon he said, sacrifice the animal (now) and there is no harm in it. He (the narrator) said, I did not hear that anything was asked on that day which a person forgot and could not observe the sequence or anything like it either due to forgetfulness or ignorance, but Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said (about that), do it; there is no harm in it.
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے (منٰی میں) اپنی سواری پر وقوف کیا، (ٹھہرے) تو لوگ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھنے لگے، ان میں سے کسی نے کہا، اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! مجھے علم نہیں تھا کہ رمی (کنکریاں) نحر (قربانی) سے پہلے ہیں، اس لیے میں نے رمی سے پہلے نحر کیا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”رمی کر لو اور کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔“ دوسرا کہنے لگا، مجھے معلوم نہیں تھا، کہ نحر، حلق (سر مونڈنا) سے پہلے ہے تو میں نے نحر سے پہلے حلق کر لیا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”نحر کرو، اور کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔“ اس دن، جس ایسی چیز کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا، جس کو بھول اور ناواقفیت کی بنا پر آ گے پیچھے کیا گیا ہے، تو میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہی فرماتے سنا ”یہ کام کر لو اور کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔“
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas (Radiallahu Anhuma) bayan karte hain ki Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne (Mina mein) apni sawari par wuquf kiya, (thehre) to log Aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se poochne lage, un mein se kisi ne kaha, Ae Allah ke Rasool (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam)! Mujhe ilm nahi tha ki Rami (kankariyan) Nahr (qurbani) se pehle hain, is liye mein ne Rami se pehle Nahr kiya, to Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Rami kar lo aur koi harj nahi hai." Doosra kehne laga, mujhe maloom nahi tha, ki Nahr, Halaq (sar moondna) se pehle hai to mein ne Nahr se pehle Halaq kar liya, Aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Nahr karo, aur koi harj nahi hai." Us din, jis aisi cheez ke bare mein sawal kiya gaya, jis ko bhool aur nawqfiyat ki bina par aage piche kiya gaya hai, to mein ne Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko yehi farmate suna "Ye kaam kar lo aur koi harj nahi hai."
وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عِيسَى بْنُ طَلْحَةَ التَّيْمِيُّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، يَقُولُ وَقَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ فَطَفِقَ نَاسٌ يَسْأَلُونَهُ فَيَقُولُ الْقَائِلُ مِنْهُمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ أَشْعُرُ أَنَّ الرَّمْىَ قَبْلَ النَّحْرِ فَنَحَرْتُ قَبْلَ الرَّمْىِ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " فَارْمِ وَلاَ حَرَجَ " . قَالَ وَطَفِقَ آخَرُ يَقُولُ إِنِّي لَمْ أَشْعُرْ أَنَّ النَّحْرَ قَبْلَ الْحَلْقِ فَحَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَنْحَرَ . فَيَقُولُ " انْحَرْ وَلاَ حَرَجَ " . قَالَ فَمَا سَمِعْتُهُ يُسْأَلُ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنْ أَمْرٍ مِمَّا يَنْسَى الْمَرْءُ وَيَجْهَلُ مِنْ تَقْدِيمِ بَعْضِ الأُمُورِ قَبْلَ بَعْضٍ وَأَشْبَاهِهَا إِلاَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " افْعَلُوا ذَلِكَ وَلاَ حَرَجَ " .
