Sahih Muslim 1306h
Abdullah bin Amr bin al-'As ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that as Allah's Apostle ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was standing near the Jamra, a person came to him on the Day of Nahr and said, Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), I got (my head shaved) before throwing pebbles, whereupon the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, throw pebbles (now); there is no harm in it. Another man came and said, I have sacrificed before throwing the stones. He said, throw stones (now) and there is no harm. Another came to him and said, I have observed the circumambulation of Ifada of the House before throwing pebbles. He said, throw pebbles (now); there is no harm in it, He (the narrator) said, I did not see that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was asked about anything on that day, but he said, do, and there is no harm in it.
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا، جبکہ آپ جب عقبہ کے پاس کھڑے تھے، قربانی کے دن، آپ کے پاس ایک آدمی آیا، اور کہا، اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! میں نے کنکریاں مارنے سے پہلے سر منڈوا لیا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کنکریاں مارو، کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔“ دوسرا آ کر کہنے لگا، میں نے رمی سے پہلے ذبح کر لیا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”رمی کرو، کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔“ ایک اور آدمی آ کر کہنے لگا، میں نے رمی سے پہلے طواف افاضہ کر لیا ہے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”رمی کرو، کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔“ حضرت عبداللہ کہتے ہیں، میں نے نہیں دیکھا، کہ اس دن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جواب اس کے سوا کوئی اور جواب دیا ہو، ”کرو، کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔“
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas (Radiallahu Anhuma) bayan karte hain, mein ne Rasool Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se suna, jabke Aap jab Aqaba ke paas khade the, qurbani ke din, Aap ke paas ek aadmi aaya, aur kaha, Ae Allah ke Rasool (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam)! Mein ne kankariyan marne se pehle sar mundwa liya, Aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Kankariyan maro, koi harj nahi hai." Doosra aa kar kehne laga, mein ne Rami se pehle zibah kar liya, Aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Rami karo, koi harj nahi hai." Ek aur aadmi aa kar kehne laga, mein ne Rami se pehle tawaf Ifadha kar liya hai, Aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Rami karo, koi harj nahi hai." Hazrat Abdullah kehte hain, mein ne nahi dekha, ki us din Aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne jawab us ke siwa koi aur jawab diya ho, "Karo, koi harj nahi hai."
وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قُهْزَاذَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ، الْمُبَارَكِ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ، عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ وَهُوَ وَاقِفٌ عِنْدَ الْجَمْرَةِ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ . فَقَالَ " ارْمِ وَلاَ حَرَجَ " وَأَتَاهُ آخَرُ فَقَالَ إِنِّي ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ . قَالَ " ارْمِ وَلاَ حَرَجَ " . وَأَتَاهُ آخَرُ فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَفَضْتُ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ . قَالَ " ارْمِ وَلاَ حَرَجَ " . قَالَ فَمَا رَأَيْتُهُ سُئِلَ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنْ شَىْءٍ إِلاَّ قَالَ " افْعَلُوا وَلاَ حَرَجَ " .
