Sahih Muslim 1336b
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that a woman lifted up her child and said, Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), would the child be credited with having performed the Hajj? The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, yes, and there would be a reward for you (as well).
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں، ایک عورت نے اپنا بچہ اٹھایا اور پوچھا، اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! کیا اس کا حج درست ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”ہاں اور اجر تجھے ملے گا۔“
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radiallahu Anhuma) bayan karte hain, ek aurat ne apna bachcha uthaya aur poocha, Ae Allah ke Rasool (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam)! Kya is ka Hajj durust hai? Aap (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Haan aur ajar tujhe milega."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ، عُقْبَةَ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ رَفَعَتِ امْرَأَةٌ صَبِيًّا لَهَا فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلِهَذَا حَجٌّ قَالَ " نَعَمْ وَلَكِ أَجْرٌ " .
