Chapter: Mut'ah Marriage: It was permitted then abrograted, then permitted then abrogated, and it will remain Forbidden until the day of resurrection

باب نِكَاحِ الْمُتْعَةِ وَبَيَانِ أَنَّهُ أُبِيحَ ثُمَّ نُسِخَ ثُمَّ أُبِيحَ ثُمَّ نُسِخَ وَاسْتَقَرَّ تَحْرِيمُهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ
Sahih Muslim 1406e
This Hadith has been narrated on the authority of Abdul Aziz bin Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) with the same chain of transmitters, and he said, ‘I saw Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) standing between the pillar and the gate (of the Ka'ba) and he was relating a Hadith as narrated by Ibn Numair.’
امام صاحب عمر بن عبدالعزیز سے اسی سند سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو حجر اسود اور دروازے کے درمیان کھڑے دیکھا، آ گے اوپر والی روایت ہے۔
Imam Sahab Umar bin Abdul Aziz se isi sanad se bayan karte hain ki maine Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko Hajar-e-Aswad aur darwaaze ke darmiyan khade dekha, aage oopar wali riwayat hai.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَائِمًا بَيْنَ الرُّكْنِ وَالْبَابِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ نُمَيْرٍ .
