Sahih Muslim 1412b

Ibn Umar (رضئ هللا تعالی عنہ) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى هللا عليه و آله وسلم) said, a person should not enter into a transaction when his brother (had already entered into but not finalized), and he should not make proposal of marriage upon the proposal already made by his brother, until he permits it.

Hazrat Ibn Umar (Radi Allahu Anhuma) se riwayat hai, Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: “Koi shakhs, apne Musalman bhai ke saude par sauda na kare, aur na apne bhai ki mangni par mangni kare, illa yeh ki woh use ijazat de de.”
