Sahih Muslim 1413b
Abu Huraira ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, do not outbid in a sale in order to ensnare. No man should enter into a transaction in which his brother has already entered, and no dweller of the town should sell on behalf of the villager. And no man should make a proposal of marriage which his brother has already made, and no woman should ask for the divorce of another (co-wife) in order to deprive her of what belongs to her.
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”خریدنے کی نیت کے بغیر نرخ نہ چڑھاؤ، نہ کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کے سودے پر سودا کرے اور نہ شہری جنگلی کے لیے سودا کرے، اور نہ کوئی شخص بھائی کی منگنی پر منگنی کرے اور نہ کوئی عورت دوسری عورت کی طلاق کا مطالبہ کرے، تاکہ جو کچھ اس کے برتن میں ہے، اپنے لیے انڈیل لے۔“
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) bayan karte hain Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: “Khareedne ki niyat ke baghair narg na chadhao, na koi shakhs apne bhai ke saude par sauda kare aur na shahri jangli ke liye sauda kare, aur na koi shakhs bhai ki mangni par mangni kare aur na koi aurat dusri aurat ki talaaq ka mutaalbah kare, taake jo kuch uske bartan mein hai, apne liye undail le.”
وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَنَاجَشُوا وَلاَ يَبِعِ الْمَرْءُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ وَلاَ يَخْطُبِ الْمَرْءُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلاَقَ الأُخْرَى لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا " .
