Chapter: The prohibition of divorcing a menstruating woman without her consent; If a man breaks this rule, it still counts as a divorce, and he should be ordered to take her back

باب تَحْرِيمِ طَلاَقِ الْحَائِضِ بِغَيْرِ رِضَاهَا وَأَنَّهُ لَوْ خَالَفَ وَقَعَ الطَّلاَقُ وَيُؤْمَرُ بِجْعَتِهَا
Sahih Muslim 1471u
A Hadith like this is reported on the same authority (but with this difference that the narrator) 'Abdur Rahman bin Aiman (was mentioned) as the freed slave of 'Urwa. Imam Muslim said, he made a mistake who said that it was 'Urwa. He was in fact the freed slave of 'Azza.
امام صاحب نے ایک اور استاد سے، حجاج کی مذکورہ بالا روایت کی طرح، حدیث بیان کی ہے۔ اور اس میں کچھ اضافہ ہے۔ امام مسلم فرماتے ہیں، راوی نے غلطی سے مولیٰ عروہ کہا ہے حالانکہ وہ عزۃ کا آزاد کردہ غلام ہے۔
Imam Sahab ne ek aur ustad se, Hajjaj ki mazkura bala riwayat ki tarah, hadees bayan ki hai. Aur is mein kuch izafa hai. Imam Muslim farmate hain, rawi ne ghalati se Maula Urwah kaha hai halanke woh Izzah ka azad kardah ghulam hai.
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَيْمَنَ، مَوْلَى عُرْوَةَ يَسْأَلُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَأَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ يَسْمَعُ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ حَجَّاجٍ وَفِيهِ بَعْضُ الزِّيَادَةِ . قَالَ مُسْلِمٌ أَخْطَأَ حَيْثُ قَالَ عُرْوَةَ إِنَّمَا هُوَ مَوْلَى عَزَّةَ .
