Chapter: The prohibition of divorcing a menstruating woman without her consent; If a man breaks this rule, it still counts as a divorce, and he should be ordered to take her back

باب تَحْرِيمِ طَلاَقِ الْحَائِضِ بِغَيْرِ رِضَاهَا وَأَنَّهُ لَوْ خَالَفَ وَقَعَ الطَّلاَقُ وَيُؤْمَرُ بِجْعَتِهَا

Sahih Muslim 1471t

The story in the above Hadith has likewise been narrated through another chain.

امام صاحب اپنے ایک اور استاد سے یہی واقعہ بیان کرتے ہیں۔

Imam Sahab apne ek aur ustad se yehi waqea bayan karte hain.

وَحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏.‏ نَحْوَ هَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ ‏.‏
