Chapter: Expiation must be offered by one who declares his wife to be unlawful for him but does not intend divorce thereby

باب وُجُوبِ الْكَفَّارَةِ عَلَى مَنْ حَرَّمَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ يَنْوِ الطَّلاَقَ
Sahih Muslim 1474c
This Hadith has been narrated on the authority of 'Urwa with the same chain of transmitters.
یہ حدیث عروہ سے بھی اسی سند کے ساتھ روایت کی گئی ہے۔
Yeh hadees Urwah se bhi isi sanad ke saath riwayat ki gayi hai.
قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، بِهَذَا سَوَاءً وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ .
