Chapter: Giving one's wife the choice does not count as a divorce, unless it is intended as such

باب بَيَانِ أَنَّ تَخْيِيرَ امْرَأَتِهِ لاَ يَكُونُ طَلاَقًا إِلاَّ بِالنِّيَّةِ

امام مذکورہ بالا روایت ایک دوسرے استاد کی سند سے، عاصم ہی سے بیان کرتے ہیں۔
Imam mazkura bala riwayat ek doosre ustad ki sanad se, Aasim hi se bayan karte hain.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمٌ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . نَحْوَهُ .
