Sahih Muslim 1508b, 1508c
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that he who took the freed slave as his ally without the consent of his previous master, there is upon him the curse of Allah and that of His angels and that of the whole mankind, and there will not be accepted from him his obligatory acts or supererogatory acts on the Day of Resurrection. This Hadith is narrated through the same chain of transmitters, but with a slight change of words.
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ سے روایت ہے، نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جس نے اپنے موالی (آزاد کرنے والے) کی اجازت کے بغیر کس سے اپنی نسبت کی، تو اس پر اللہ، اس کے فرشتوں اور تمام لوگوں کی لعنت ہو، قیامت کے دن، اس کے فرض قبول ہوں گے نہ نفل۔“
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Razi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Jis ne apne mawali (azad karne wale) ki ijazat ke baghair kis se apni nisbat ki, to us par Allah, us ke farishton aur tamam logon ki lanat ho, qayamat ke din, us ke farz qabool honge na nafl."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لاَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلٌ وَلاَ صَرْفٌ " . وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " وَمَنْ وَالَى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ " .
