ر. Bushair bin Yasir reported on the authority of some of the companions of Allah's Apostle ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) among the members of his family among whom one was Sahl bin Abu Hathma (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) forbade buying of fresh dates against dry dates and that it is Riba and this is Muzabana, but he made an exemption of 'ariyya (donations) of a tree or two in which case the members of a family sell dry dates and buy fresh dates for eating them.
بشیر بن یسار اپنے محلہ کے بعض صحابہ سے بیان کرتے ہیں، ان میں حضرت سہل بن ابی حشمہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بھی داخل ہیں، کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تازہ پھل کو خشک پھل کے عوض بیچنے سے منع فرمایا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”یہ سود ہے، یہ مزابنہ ہے۔“ مگر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عریہ بیچنے کی رخصت دی، یہ ایک دو کھجوریں ہیں یعنی ان کا پھل جسے کوئی گھرانہ، اندازہ کر کے خشک کھجوروں کے عوض لے لیتا ہے تاکہ تازہ کھجوریں کھا سکیں۔
Bashir bin Yasar apne muhalle ke ba'z Sahabah se bayan karte hain, un mein Hazrat Sahl bin Abi Hathmah (Razi Allahu Anhu) bhi dakhil hain, ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne tazah phal ko khushk phal ke iwaz bechne se mana farmaya, aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Yeh sood hai, yeh Muzabanah hai." Magar aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne Ariya bechne ki rukhsat di, yeh ek do khajooren hain yaani un ka phal jise koi gharana, andaza kar ke khushk khajuron ke iwaz le leta hai taake tazah khajooren kha sake.
وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِلاَلٍ - عَنْ يَحْيَى، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ - عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ بَعْضِ، أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ أَهْلِ دَارِهِمْ مِنْهُمْ سَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ وَقَالَ " ذَلِكَ الرِّبَا تِلْكَ الْمُزَابَنَةُ " . إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ النَّخْلَةِ وَالنَّخْلَتَيْنِ يَأْخُذُهَا أَهْلُ الْبَيْتِ بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا يَأْكُلُونَهَا رُطَبًا .
