Chapter: The prohibition of selling fresh dates in exchange for dry dates except in the case of 'Araya

باب تَحْرِيمِ بَيْعِ الرُّطَبِ بِالتَّمْرِ إِلاَّ فِي الْعَرَايَا
Sahih Muslim 1540b
Bushair bin Yasar reported on the authority of some of the companion of Allah's Apostle ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) that he exempted the transactions, of 'ariyya (from the direct exchange of one kind) after measuring the dry dates (in exchange for fresh dates).
بشیر بن یساررحمۃ اللہ علیہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے صحابہ سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے بتایا، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عریہ کو اندازاً چھوہاروں کے عوض بیچنے کی رخصت دی ہے۔
Bashir bin Yasar (Rahmatullahi Alaih) Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke Sahabah se bayan karte hain ke unhon ne bataya, Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne Ariya ko andazan chhoharon ke iwaz bechne ki rukhsat di hai.
وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَصْحَابِ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا .
