Chapter: The prohibition of selling fresh dates in exchange for dry dates except in the case of 'Araya

باب تَحْرِيمِ بَيْعِ الرُّطَبِ بِالتَّمْرِ إِلاَّ فِي الْعَرَايَا
Sahih Muslim 1540c
Bushair bin Yasir reported on the authority of some of the companions of Allah's Apostle ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) from among the members of his family that he forbade (the direct exchange of a commodity having different qualities) but with the change that Ishaq and Ibn al-Muthanna used the word Zabn in place ot Riba and Ibn Abu 'Umar used the word Riba (interest).
بشیر بن یسار اپنے محلہ کے بعض صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ علیہم اجمعین سے بیان کرتے ہیں، آگے حدیث نمبر 67 بیان کی، فرق یہ ہے کہ وہ امام صاحب کے استاد اسحاق اور ابن المثنیٰ نے ربا
Bashir bin Yasar apne muhalle ke ba'z Sahabah Karam (Rizwanullahi Alaihim Ajma'een) se bayan karte hain, aage hadees number 67 bayan ki, farq yeh hai ke woh Imam Sahab ke ustad Ishaq aur Ibnul Muthanna ne Ribaa.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ الثَّقَفِيِّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ، يَقُولُ أَخْبَرَنِي بُشَيْرُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ بَعْضِ، أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ أَهْلِ دَارِهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى . فَذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلاَلٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى غَيْرَ أَنَّ إِسْحَاقَ وَابْنَ الْمُثَنَّى جَعَلاَ مَكَانَ الرِّبَا الزَّبْنَ وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ الرِّبَا .
