Sahih Muslim 1542d
Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) forbade Muzabana, and Muzabana is selling of dry dates by measure for fresh dates and the selling of raisins by measure for grapes and selling of all Ports of fruits on the basis of calculation.
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالی عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع مزابنہ سے منع فرمایا اور مزابنہ، کھجور کا پھل چھوہاروں سے ناپ کر بیچنا، انگوروں کو منقہ کے عوض ناپ کر بیچنا اور ہر پھل کو اندازہ کر کے (اس کی جنس سے) بیچنا ہے۔
Hazrat Ibn Umar (Razi Allahu Anhuma) bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne Bay' e Muzabanah se mana farmaya aur Muzabanah, khajoor ka phal chhoharon se naap kar bechna, angooron ko munakka ke iwaz naap kar bechna aur har phal ko andaza kar ke (us ki jins se) bechna hai.
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ، وَهَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ بَيْعُ ثَمَرِ النَّخْلِ بِالتَّمْرِ كَيْلاً وَبَيْعُ الزَّبِيبِ بِالْعِنَبِ كَيْلاً وَعَنْ كُلِّ ثَمَرٍ بِخَرْصِهِ .
