باب الْقَسَامَةِ
Sahih Muslim 1670b
This Hadith has been narrated on the authority of Ibn Shihab with the same chain of transmitters but with this addition, ‘Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) decided (on the basis of Qasama) between the persons of Ansar about a slain (Muslim) for which they made claim against the Jews.
امام صاحب ایک اور استاد سے مذکورہ بالا روایت نقل کرتے ہیں، جس میں یہ اضافہ ہے، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قسامہ کا فیصلہ انصار کے ایک مقتول کے بارے میں کیا، جس کا انہوں نے یہود کے خلاف دعویٰ کیا تھا۔
Imam Sahab ek aur ustad se mazkurah bala riwayat naqal karte hain, jis mein yeh izafa hai, aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Qasamah ka faisla Ansar ke ek maqtool ke bare mein kiya, jis ka unhon ne Yahud ke khilaf dawa kiya tha.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ، شِهَابٍ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ . وَزَادَ وَقَضَى بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْنَ نَاسٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فِي قَتِيلٍ ادَّعَوْهُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ .
