Chapter: Delaying the Hadd punishment in the case of women who have just given birth

باب تَأْخِيرِ الْحَدِّ عَنِ النُّفَسَاءِ،
Sahih Muslim 1705b
This Hadith has been narrated on the authority of As-Suddi with the same chain of transmitters, but he did not mention, ‘those who are married and those who are not married.’ There is also an addition in it, ‘I spare her until she is all right.’
امام صاحب یہی روایت ایک اور استاد سے سدی کی مذکورہ بالا سند سے بیان کرتے ہیں اور اس میں یہ لفظ نہیں، وہ شادی شدہ ہوں یا غیر شادی شدہ اور یہ اضافہ ہے، ”اس کو چھوڑ دے حتی کہ وہ ٹھیک ہو جائے۔“
Imam Sahab yehi riwayat ek aur ustad se Suddi ki mazkurah bala sanad se bayan karte hain aur is mein yeh lafz nahi 'woh shadi shuda hon ya ghair-shadi shuda' aur yeh izafa hai 'is ko chor de hatta ke woh theek ho jaye.'
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ مَنْ أَحْصَنَ مِنْهُمْ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُحْصِنْ . وَزَادَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ " اتْرُكْهَا حَتَّى تَمَاثَلَ " .
