Chapter: The truce of Al-Hudaybiyah

باب صُلْحِ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فِي الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ ‏‏

Sahih Muslim 1785c

Amash narrated this tradition through a different chain of transmitters. This version contains the words, ‘for any purpose that could be difficult for us.

امام صاحب اپنے تین اساتذہ کی دو سندوں سے اعمش ہی کی سند مذکورہ بالا روایت بیان کرتے ہیں اور ان کی حدیث میں یہ لفظ ہیں، إِلَى أَمرٍ يُفظِعُنَا:

Imam Sahab apne teen asatiza ki do sanadon se A'amash hi ki sanad mazkoora bala riwayat bayan karte hain aur unki hadith mein yeh lafz hain, ila amrin yufzi'na.

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَإِسْحَاقُ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، الأَشَجُّ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ وَفِي حَدِيثِهِمَا إِلَى أَمْرٍ يُفْظِعُنَا.‏
