Sahih Muslim 1850
It has been narrated on the authority of Ibn Abdullah al-Bajali (رضئ للا تعالی عنہ) that the Apostle of Allah (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) said, one who is killed under the banner of a man who is blind (to his just cause), who raises the slogan of family or supports his own tribe, dies the death of one belonging to the days of Jahiliyya.
حضرت جندب بن عبداللہ بجلی رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو اندھے جھنڈے تلے قتل کر دیا جاتا ہے، تعصب کی دعوت دیتا ہے، یا تعصب کی بنا پر مدد کرتا ہے، تو اس کی موت جاہلیت کے زمانہ کی موت ہے۔“
Hazrat Jundab bin Abdullah Bajali (Razi Allahu Anhu) bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Jo andhe jhande tale qatal kar diya jata hai, ta'assub ki dawat deta hai, ya ta'assub ki bina par madad karta hai, to uski maut Jahiliyat ke zamane ki maut hai."
حَدَّثَنَا هُرَيْمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي، مِجْلَزٍ عَنْ جُنْدَبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَجَلِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ قُتِلَ تَحْتَ رَايَةٍ عُمِّيَّةٍ يَدْعُو عَصَبِيَّةً أَوْ يَنْصُرُ عَصَبِيَّةً فَقِتْلَةٌ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ " .
