Sahih Muslim 1869b
Abdullah bin Umar (رضئ للا تعالی عنہ) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) used to forbid that one should travel to the land of the enemy taking the Qur'an (with him) lest it should fall into the hands of the enemy.
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالی عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم دشمن کی سرزمین کی طرف قرآن مجید لے جانے سے منع فرماتے تھے، مبادا وہ دشمن کے ہاتھ لگ جائے۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (Razi Allahu Anhum) bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se bayan karte hain ke Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) dushman ki sarzameen ki taraf Quran Majeed le jaane se mana farmate the, mabada woh dushman ke hath lag jaye.
وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ، اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَنْهَى أَنْ يُسَافَرَ بِالْقُرْآنِ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَنَالَهُ الْعَدُوُّ .
