Sahih Muslim 1929d
Adi bin Hatim (رضي الله ِتعالی عنہ) reported, I asked Allah's Apostle (ِصلى ہللا عليه ِو آله وسلم) about Mi'rad (hunting with the help of an arrow having a stub end, and he stated the same (as we find in the previous Hadith).
امام صاحب اپنے ایک اور استاد سے مذکورہ بالا روایت بیان کرتے ہیں۔
Imam Sahib apne ek aur ustad se mazkoora bala riwayat bayan karte hain.
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ، أَبِي السَّفَرِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عَدِيَّ بْنَ حَاتِمٍ، يَقُولُ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْمِعْرَاضِ . فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ .
