Chapter: The Status of the Lowest people in paradise

باب أَدْنَى أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ مَنْزِلَةً فِيهَا
Sahih Muslim 193c
Anas b. Malik reported:The Prophet of Allah (may peace be, upon him) said: Allah will gather the believers on the Day of Resurrection and they would be made mindful of it; and the rest (of the hadith) is like the one narrated above; and then he mentioned the fourth time: And I (the Holy Prophet) would say: O my Lord, no one is left in the Fire except he whom the Qur'an has restrained, i e. eternally doomed.
حضرت انس بن مالک ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ اللہ کے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”قیامت کے دن اللہ تعالیٰ مومنوں کو جمع کرے گا، پھر اس دن کی پریشانی سے بچنے کے لیے الہام ہو گا۔“ یہ حدیث (ہشام کی) بھی ان دونوں (ابو عوانہ اور سعید) کی طرح ہے۔ چوتھی کے بارے میں یہ بتایا: ”تو میں کہوں گا: اے میرے رب! آگ میں صرف وہی لوگ رہ گئے ہیں، جنھیں قرآن کے فیصلے کے مطابق روک لیا گیا ہے، یعنی جن کے لیے ہمیشگی ثابت ہے۔“
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (Radiallahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Allah ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Qiyamat ke din Allah Ta'ala mominon ko jama kare ga, phir is din ki pareshani se bachne ke liye ilham ho ga." Yeh hadith (Hisham ki) bhi in dono (Abu Awana aur Saeed) ki tarah hai. Chouthi ke baare mein yeh bataya: "To main kahoon ga: Ae mere Rabb! Aag mein sirf wahi log reh gaye hain, jinhein Quran ke faisle ke mutabiq rok liya gaya hai, yani jin ke liye hamesha-gi sabit hai."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " يَجْمَعُ اللَّهُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيُلْهَمُونَ لِذَلِكَ " بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِهِمَا وَذَكَرَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ " فَأَقُولُ يَا رَبِّ مَا بَقِيَ فِي النَّارِ إِلاَّ مَنْ حَبَسَهُ الْقُرْآنُ أَىْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْخُلُودُ " .
