Chapter: It is recommended to cover vessels, tie up waterskins, close doors and mention the name of Allah over them, extinguish lamps and fires when going to sleep, and keep children and animals in after maghrib

باب الأَمْرِ بِتَغْطِيَةِ الإِنَاءِ وَإِيكَاءِ السِّقَاءِ وَإِغْلاَقِ الأَبْوَابِ وَذِكْرِ اسْمِ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا وَإِطْفَاءِ السِّرَاجِ وَالنَّارِ عِنْدَ النَّوْمِ وَكَفِّ الصِّبْيَانِ وَالْمَوَاشِي بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ
Sahih Muslim 2012f
This Hadith has been narrated on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah (ِرضي الله تعالى عنه) through another chain of transmitters.
امام صاحب ایک اور استاد سے بسم اللہ کے ذکر کے بغیر مذکورہ بالا روایت بیان کرتے ہیں۔
Imam sahib ek aur ustad se Bismillah ke zikr ke baghair mazkurah bala riwayat bayan karte hain.
وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ نَحْوًا مِمَّا أَخْبَرَ عَطَاءٌ، إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ لاَ يَقُولُ " اذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " .
