Chapter: Seeking Refuge With Allah From The Devil Who Whispers During Prayer

باب التَّعَوُّذِ مِنْ شَيْطَانِ الْوَسْوَسَةِ فِي الصَّلاَةِ
Sahih Muslim 2203b
Uthman bin Abu al-'As (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that he came to Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه و آله وسلم) and he narrated like this. In the Hadith transmitted on the authority of Salam bin Nuh there is no mention of three times.
یہی روایت امام صاحب کو دو اور اساتذہ نے سنائی، لیکن سالم بن نوح کی روایت میں تین دفعہ کا ذکر نہیں ہے۔
Yahi riwayat Imam Sahab ko do aur asatizah ne sunai, lekin Salim bin Nuh ki riwayat mein teen dafa ka zikr nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلاَءِ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ، أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . فَذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِهِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِي حَدِيثِ سَالِمِ بْنِ نُوحٍ ثَلاَثًا .
