Chapter: For Every Disease There Is A Remedy, And It Is Recommended To Treat Disease

باب لِكُلِّ دَاءٍ دَوَاءٌ وَاسْتِحْبَابُ التَّدَاوِي
Sahih Muslim 2211b
Hisham reported this Hadith with the same chain of transmitters. In the Hadith transmitted on the authority of Ibn Numair (the words are), she poured water on her sides and in the opening of the shirt at the uppermost part of the chest. There is no mention of these words, ‘it is from the vehemence of the heat of the Hell.’ This Hadith has been narrated on the authority of Abu Usama with the same chain of transmitters.
یہی روایت امام صاحب کے استاد ابو کریب بیان کرتے ہیں اور ابن نمیر کی حدیث ہے، وہ پانی اس کے اور اس کے گریبان کے درمیان چھڑکتیں اور ابو اسامہ کی حدیث میں یہ نہیں ہے، ”یہ جہنم کی بھاپ سے ہے۔“
Yahi riwayat Imam Sahab ke ustad Abu Kuraib bayan karte hain aur Ibn Numair ki hadees hai, woh pani uske aur uske gireban ke darmiyan chhidakti aur Abu Usama ki hadees mein yeh nahi hai, "Yeh jahannum ki bhaap se hai."
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، وَأَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . وَفِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ نُمَيْرٍ صَبَّتِ الْمَاءَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ جَيْبِهَا . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ " أَنَّهَا مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ " . قَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ .
