Sahih Muslim 2213
'A'isha reported:we (intended to pour) medicine in the mouth of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) in his illness, but he pointed out (with the gesture of his hand) that it should not be poured into the mouth against his will. We said: (It was perhaps due to the natural) aversion of the patient against medicine. When he recovered, he said: Medicine should be poured into the mouth of every one of you except Ibn 'Abbas, for he was not present amongst you.
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہہ ہم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بیماری میں آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو منہ کے ایک طرف سے دوائی پلانی چاہی تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اشارہ سے فرمایا: ”مجھے منہ کے ایک طرف سے دوائی نہ پلاؤ تو ہم نے کہا بیمار دوا لینا پسند نہیں کرتاہے تو جب آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو افاقہ ہوا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سے ہر فرد کو سوائے عباس کے لدود کیا جائے کیونکہ وہ تمھارے ساتھ موجود نہیں تھے۔“
Hazrat Aisha (Razi Allahu Anha) bayan karti hain keh hum ne Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) bimari mein Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko munh ke ek taraf se dawai pilani chahi to Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne isharah se farmaya: "Mujhe munh ke ek taraf se dawai na pilao to hum ne kaha beemar dawa lena pasand nahi karta hai to jab Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko afaqa hua, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Tum mein se har fard ko siwaye Abbas ke ludud kiya jaye kyunke woh tumhare sath maujood nahi the."
حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ أَبِي، عَائِشَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ لَدَدْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي مَرَضِهِ فَأَشَارَ أَنْ لاَ تَلُدُّونِي . فَقُلْنَا كَرَاهِيَةُ الْمَرِيضِ لِلدَّوَاءِ . فَلَمَّا أَفَاقَ قَالَ " لاَ يَبْقَى أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ إِلاَّ لُدَّ غَيْرُ الْعَبَّاسِ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَشْهَدْكُمْ " .
