Sahih Muslim 2532b
Abu Sa'id Khudri (رضئ ْهللا تعالی عنہ) reported Allah's Apostle (صلى ْهللا عليه و آله وسلم) as saying, there would come to the people a time when a detachment would be sent for fighting in the cause of Allah and they would say, see, if you can find amongst them someone from amongst the Companions of Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). They would find a person and they would be granted victory because of him. Then a second detachment would be sent to them, and they would say, do you find amongst them one who had had the privilege of seeing the Companions of the Apostle of Allah (صلى ْهللا عليه و آله وسلم)? And the victory would be granted to them because of him. Then the third detachment would be sent, and it would be said to them, see, if you find amongst them (who had had the honor of seeing one) who saw those who saw the Companions of Allah's Apostle (صلى هللا عليه ْو آله وسلم). Then the fourth detachment would be sent, and it would be said to them, see it you find amongst them one who had the privilege (of seeing) one who saw those who saw those who saw the Companions of Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), and a person would be found, and they would be granted victory because of him.
حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں،رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:"لوگوں پر ایسا زمانہ آئے گا کہ ان میں سے کوئی لشکر بھیجاجائے گا تو لوگ کہیں گے:دیکھو،کیا تم میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے صحابہ میں سے کوئی فرد ہے؟تو ایک شخص مل جائے گا،چنانچہ اس کی وجہ سے انھیں فتح مل جائے گی،پھر ایک اور لشکر بھیجا جائے گا تو لوگ(آپس میں) کہیں گے:کیا ان میں کوئی ایسا شخص ہے جس نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے صحابہ کو دیکھا ہو؟تو انھیں اس(شخص) کی بنا پر فتح حاصل ہوجائےگی،پھر تیسرا لشکر بھیجاجائے گا تو کہا جائے گا:دیکھو،کیا ان میں کوئی ایسا دیکھتے ہو جس نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے صحابہ کو دیکھنے والوں کو دیکھا ہو؟پھر چوتھا لشکر بھیجاجائے گاتو کہا جائے گا:دیکھو،کیا ان میں کوئی ایسا شخص دیکھتے ہو جس نے کسی ایسے آدمی کو دیکھا ہو جس نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے صحابہ کو دیکھنے والوں میں سے کسی کو دیکھا ہو؟تو وہ آدمی مل جائے گا اور اس کی وجہ سے انھیں فتح مل جائے گی۔"
Hazrat Abu Sa'eed Khudri (Razi Allahu Anhu) bayan karte hain, Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Logon par aisa zamana aayega ke un mein se koi lashkar bheja jayega to log kahenge: Dekho, kya tum mein Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke Sahaba (Razi Allahu Anhum Ajmaeen) mein se koi fard hai? To ek shakhs mil jayega, chunancha us ki wajah se unhen fateh mil jayegi, phir ek aur lashkar bheja jayega to log (aapas mein) kahenge: Kya in mein koi aisa shakhs hai jis ne Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke Sahaba (Razi Allahu Anhum Ajmaeen) ko dekha ho? To unhen us (shakhs) ki bina par fateh hasil ho jayegi, phir teesra lashkar bheja jayega to kaha jayega: Dekho, kya in mein koi aisa dekhte ho jis ne Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke Sahaba (Razi Allahu Anhum Ajmaeen) ko dekhne walon ko dekha ho? Phir chautha lashkar bheja jayega to kaha jayega: Dekho, kya in mein koi aisa shakhs dekhte ho jis ne kisi aise aadmi ko dekha ho jis ne Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke Sahaba (Razi Allahu Anhum Ajmaeen) ko dekhne walon mein se kisi ko dekha ho? To woh aadmi mil jayega aur us ki wajah se unhen fateh mil jayegi."
حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الأُمَوِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي، الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ زَعَمَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيُّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " يَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ يُبْعَثُ مِنْهُمُ الْبَعْثُ فَيَقُولُونَ انْظُرُوا هَلْ تَجِدُونَ فِيكُمْ أَحَدًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيُوجَدُ الرَّجُلُ فَيُفْتَحُ لَهُمْ بِهِ ثُمَّ يُبْعَثُ الْبَعْثُ الثَّانِي فَيَقُولُونَ هَلْ فِيهِمْ مَنْ رَأَى أَصْحَابَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيُفْتَحُ لَهُمْ بِهِ ثُمَّ يُبْعَثُ الْبَعْثُ الثَّالِثُ فَيُقَالُ انْظُرُوا هَلْ تَرَوْنَ فِيهِمْ مَنْ رَأَى مَنْ رَأَى أَصْحَابَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ثُمَّ يَكُونُ الْبَعْثُ الرَّابِعُ فَيُقَالُ انْظُرُوا هَلْ تَرَوْنَ فِيهِمْ أَحَدًا رَأَى مَنْ رَأَى أَحَدًا رَأَى أَصْحَابَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيُوجَدُ الرَّجُلُ فَيُفْتَحُ لَهُمْ بِهِ " .
