Sahih Muslim 2532a
Abu Sa'id Khudri (رضئ ْهللا تعالی عنہ) reported Allah's Apostle (صلى ْهللا عليه و آله وسلم) as saying, a time would come for the people when groups of people would set out for fighting in the cause of Allah and it would be said to them, is there one amongst you who saw Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)? And they would say, yes, and they would be victorious. Then the people would set out for fighting in the cause of Allah and it would be said to them, is there one amongst you who saw those (who have had the privilege of sitting in the company of Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)? And they would say, yes, and victory would be granted to them. Then a group of persons would set out for fighting in the cause of Allah and it would be said to them, is there one amongst you who saw one of those who saw those who (had the privilege) of sitting in the company of Allah's Apostle (صلى هللا ْعليه و ْآله وسلم)? And they would say, yes, and the Victory would be granted to them.
حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نےفرمایا:" ایک زمانہ آئے گا کہ آدمیوں کے جھنڈ جہاد کریں گے تو ان سے پوچھیں گے کہ کوئی تم میں سے وہ شخص ہے جس نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیکھا ہو؟ تو وہ لوگ کہیں گے کہ ہاں! تو ان کی فتح ہو جائے گی۔ پھر لوگوں سے کچھ گروہ جہاد کے لیے نکلیں گے تو تو ان سے پوچھا جائے گا،کیا تم میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھیوں کو دیکھنے والی شخصیت موجود ہے؟تو وہ جواب دیں گے،ہاں،سو انہیں فتح مل جائےگی،پھر کچھ لوگ جہاد کے لیے نکلیں گے،ان سے پوچھاجائےگا،کیا تم میں رسول( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) کے ساتھیوں کو دیکھنے والوں کو دیکھنے والی شخصیت موجود ہے؟سو وہ کہیں گے،ہاں تو انہیں فتح نصیب ہوگی۔"
Hazrat Abu Sa'eed Khudri (Razi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Ek zamana aayega ke aadmiyon ke jhund jihad karenge to un se poochenge ke koi tum mein se woh shakhs hai jis ne Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ko dekha ho? To woh log kahenge ke haan! To un ki fateh ho jayegi. Phir logon se kuch giroh jihad ke liye niklenge to un se poocha jayega, kya tum mein Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke sathiyon ko dekhne wali shakhsiyat maujood hai? To woh jawab denge, haan, so unhen fateh mil jayegi, phir kuch log jihad ke liye niklenge, un se poocha jayega, kya tum mein Rasul (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke sathiyon ko dekhne walon ko dekhne wali shakhsiyat maujood hai? So woh kahenge, haan to unhen fateh naseeb hogi."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ - وَاللَّفْظُ لِزُهَيْرٍ - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعَ عَمْرٌو، جَابِرًا يُخْبِرُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " يَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ يَغْزُو فِئَامٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَيُقَالُ لَهُمْ فِيكُمْ مَنْ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيَقُولُونَ . نَعَمْ فَيُفْتَحُ لَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَغْزُو فِئَامٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَيُقَالُ لَهُمْ فِيكُمْ مَنْ رَأَى مَنْ صَحِبَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيَقُولُونَ نَعَمْ . فَيُفْتَحُ لَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَغْزُو فِئَامٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَيُقَالُ لَهُمْ هَلْ فِيكُمْ مَنْ رَأَى مَنْ صَحِبَ مَنْ صَحِبَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيَقُولُونَ نَعَمْ . فَيُفْتَحُ لَهُمْ " .
