Chapter: The Taking Away Of Knowledge And The Spread Of Ignorance At The End Of Time

باب رَفْعِ الْعِلْمِ وَقَبْضِهِ وَظُهُورِ الْجَهْلِ وَالْفِتَنِ فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ
Sahih Muslim 2671c
This Hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Anas bin Malik through another chain of narrators, with a slight variation of wording.
امام صاحب اپنے دو اور اساتذہ کی سندوں سے یہی روایت بیان کرتے ہیں۔ ابن بشر اور عبدہ کی حدیث میں ہے میرے بعد تمھیں کوئی یہ حدیث نہیں سنائے گا، میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا، آگے مذکورہ بالا روایت ہے۔"
Imam Sahib apne do aur asatizah ki sanadon se yahi riwayat bayan karte hain. Ibn Bishr aur 'Abdah ki hadith mein hai, "Mere baad tumhein koi yeh hadith nahin sunayega, maine Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko yeh farmate hue suna," aage mazkurah bala riwayat hai."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ، وَأَبُو أُسَامَةَ كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَفِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ بِشْرٍ وَعَبْدَةَ لاَ يُحَدِّثُكُمُوهُ أَحَدٌ بَعْدِي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ فَذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِهِ .
