Sahih Muslim 287c
Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin 'Utba bin Mas'ud (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said that Umm Qais (رضي الله تعالى عنها) daughter of Mihsan (رضي الله تعالى عنه) was among the earliest female emigrants who took the oath of allegiance to the Apostle of Allah (ﷺ), and she was the sister of 'Ukkasha bin Mihsan, one amongst the sons of Asad bin Khuzaima. He (the narrator) said: She (Umm Qais رضي الله تعالى عنها) told me that she came to the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) with her son and he had not attained the age of eating food. He (the narrator, 'Ubaidullah), said: She told me that her son passed urine on the lap of the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) sent for water and sprayed it over his garment (over that part which was wet with the urine of the child) and he did not wash it thoroughly.
حضرت ام قیس بنت محصن رضی اللہ تعالی عنہا (جو سب سے پہلے ہجرت کرنے والی ان عورتوں میں سے ہیں، جنہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بیعت کی تھی، اور یہ عکاشہ بنت محصن جو بنو اسد بن خزیمہ کے ایک فرد ہیں کی بہن ہیں) بیان کرتی ہیں کہ میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں اپنا بیٹا لے کر حاضر ہوئی جو ابھی کھانا کھانے کی عمر کو نہیں پہنچا تھا، عبیداللہ کہتے ہیں، اس نے مجھے بتایا میرے اس بیٹے نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی گود میں بول کر دیا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پانی منگوایا، اور اسے اپنے کپڑے پر چھڑک دیا اور اسے اچھی طرح دھویا نہیں۔
Hazrat Umm-e-Qais bint Muhsan (Radi Allahu Anha) (jo sab se pehle hijrat karne wali in auraton mein se hain, jinhon ne Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki bai'at ki thi, aur ye Ukasha bint Muhsan jo Banu Asad bin Khuzaimah ke ek fard hain ki behen hain) bayan karti hain ke main Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein apna beta le kar hazir hui jo abhi khana khane ki umar ko nahin pahuncha tha, Ubaidullah kehte hain, us ne mujhe bataya mere is bete ne Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki goad mein baul kar diya, to Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne pani mangwaya, aur isay apne kapre par chirak diya aur isay achhi tarah dhoya nahin.
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، أَنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّ أَمَّ قَيْسٍ بِنْتَ مِحْصَنٍ، - وَكَانَتْ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرَاتِ الأُوَلِ اللاَّتِي بَايَعْنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهِيَ أُخْتُ عُكَّاشَةَ بْنِ مِحْصَنٍ أَحَدُ بَنِي أَسَدِ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ - قَالَ أَخْبَرَتْنِي أَنَّهَا أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِابْنٍ لَهَا لَمْ يَبْلُغْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ الطَّعَامَ - قَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ - أَخْبَرَتْنِي أَنَّ ابْنَهَا ذَاكَ بَالَ فِي حِجْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَدَعَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَاءٍ فَنَضَحَهُ عَلَى ثَوْبِهِ وَلَمْ يَغْسِلْهُ غَسْلاً .
